Arch. Gozar is joined
by experienced, talented, dynamic architects and designers
who has long and proven professional track records in
Hong Kong, China, the Philippines and the Far East. All
of them has worked on large and small projects of various
complexities in these places.
Among them is a close friend, Arch. Jeff Leong, HKIA,
MSIA, a Singapore national who is a Hong Kong “Authorized
Person (List1) Architect”. He has a long and varied
practice history in Hong Kong - 30 years (4 years in Singapore
& Malaysia). His experience in project design, management
and construction implementation has made Mr. Leong almost
an authority in institutional projects.
Our
HK partner, an RIBA member, Arch. Michael Chan, HKIA,
RIAA, has 20 years of solid experience in projects in
Hong Kong and the mainland China. His design flair has
been proven in his past projects in HK like the Hong Kong
University Redevelopment, the Pacific Place, the Century
Hotel and the Allied Kajima Bldg. in Hong Kong.

An interior designer by profession,
Mr. Ramon O. Lorenzana, PIID, is a graduate of the University
of Santo Tomas in Manila. He has a long and varied experience
in HK having practiced there for the past 23 years among
well known HK interior design firms like Dale Keller &
Associates, R. Hauser & Partners, M. Moser & Associates
and Wong & Ouyang Architects. Mr. Lorenzana heads
the Interior Design department and is also the principal
graphics designer for the firm.
Our Manila office is
headed by a dynamic young architect, an Associate Partner
of the firm, Arch. Jose Mari Gozar B.S. Arch., a graduate
from Feati University. He has been involved in large scale
projects like the Duty Free Fiesta Shopping Complex, and
the on going design for the 120 hectare project in Dasmariñas,
Cavite.
Also in our team are Architects Ricardo Cabrera and Arch.
Alvic Samson, our project design architect, and production
architect respectively. They are in-charge also of several
projects like the GT International Tower, The Metropark
Development in Roxas Blvd. and the Valencia Hills project
and the Bay Gardens project.
